Restore purchases

Sign in to the same Yalla account, open account settings, and select Restore purchases on your iPhone. Use the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Cancel or manage billing

For web purchases, open Manage web subscription in your account. For Apple purchases, use Apple subscriptions.

Progress and deletion

Connect to the internet to synchronize your progress before signing out. Account settings include a one-time import of previous device progress and permanent account deletion.
